Hyperbaric Oxygenation Therapy As Natural Way Of Treating Insomnia

To be correct about it, insomnia is not a disorder it is a symptom. There are different kinds of insomnia. Hyperbaric oxygen treatment involves a treatment where the insomniac is put inside a sealed hyperbaric chamber and breathing in 100% pure oxygen. The oxygen is 1.5 to 3 times normal atmospheric pressure thus making the intake of oxygen faster. The treatment has already been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration to treat insomnia.
