Asthma inhalers become an asthmatics best friend that gets carried around everywhere they go. If asthma is properly controlled, you should be able to survive a day withot an inhaler. As much as it is a physiological disease, there is some mental component in it too. So don’t let you mind drive you mad over forgetting the inhaler, next time you go somewhere!

Remember taking control over it does not mean refusing medication. It simply means using your asthma inhaler and other medications as prescribed and when needed.
